An integrated development concept on the Sunzha river embankment in Grozny. The club quarter combines residential buildings of varying height with social and public-business facilities in a unified architectural style and is intended to become a vector of the district's development.

The concept is built around a landscape park with themed zones for recreation, sport and workout, into which the residential buildings are integrated. The river embankment becomes the compositional motif and dominant of the project, while a bionic form-factor unites architecture, roads and landscape zones.

The quarter includes club residential buildings (11 blocks, 5–17 floors), a mosque and prayer pavilions, a lyceum, a kindergarten, a sports stadium, retail-entertainment and public-business centres, a banquet hall and a landscaped embankment.

Complex facades are executed in structural glazing technique with snow-white curvilinear inserts — the characteristic 'platinum' silhouette is recognizable from any viewpoint. Evening lighting transforms the building into a luminous art object of urban scale.

An integrated development concept for a 14.4-hectare site on the shore of the Ivankovo Reservoir in Zavidovo. IT Village combines business and recreational functions — a coworking centre with conference halls, guest houses, a laboratory complex and a beach — into a single ecosystem for work and leisure.

The architecture is built on the language of wood, glass and metal — materials appropriate to Zavidovo's forest context. The main building with a zigzag roof and panoramic facades faces the lake. Guest houses of different types are scattered in the pine forest and linked by covered galleries. The territory is organised on a campus principle: each cluster has its own patio, and all infrastructure is accessible on foot.

The territory is planned as an IT campus by the water. Nine functional zones — coworking, themed patios, guest houses, room stock, galleries and passages, a laboratory block, an active-recreation area, a beach with a pier and an entrance group — form a single enclosed ecosystem. The forest is preserved as a structuring element, with all paths and galleries integrated into the natural relief.
